Shipping Compressed CO2 Gas
Compressed CO2 items must be shipped as a Hazardous Materials by the identification as
ORM-D or ORM-D-AIR Consumer Commodity. Additional Shipping Charges May Occur:
- Ground - ORM-D - no additional charge - Shipped Via FedEx
- Air - ORM-D-AIR - a $45 surcharge will be added to your express shipping total. This surcharge may not show up on your initial order. If we see a discrepancy in the shipping cost we will contact you.
- Compressed CO2 cannot ship by USPS Priority or Express Mail.
- Shipment of Compressed Gases to Alaska: We can only ship to the following cities in Alaska: Anchorage, Fairbanks, Kenai, and Homer.
- Shipment of Compressed Gases to Hawaii: We can only ship to the following cities in Hawaii: Honolulu.
Orders
We normally process orders the "same day", except for weekends and holidays. You will also receive an email acknowledgment receipt of your order. If you wish to ensure that you will be receiving next day orders, please call to verify. All orders are processed over Yahoo's secure server. We will not share or sell your information to any other company.

We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal
Taxes are only applied to your order if you live in New York (8.00% Sales Tax).
Returns
Although we strive to provide customers with what they want when they need it, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order from our site and we will gladly exchange, replace, or refund any merchandise that doesn't meet your expectations, subject to the following restrictions:
- If a customer is not satisfied with the product within 30 days of purchase, Float Tech Inc. will exchange or refund the value upon receipt of the returned product. Float Tech Inc. will not be obligated to accept any returns of products submitted more than 30 days after the date of the retail receipt issued by the merchant (Date of Purchase). The product must be in a new & resalable condition. All overstock items, decorated (customized) products, i.e., embroidery, silk screen, graphic transfers, etc, are non-returnable or refundable.
- We strongly recommend you register your Float-Tech product with the warranty card included or online to ensure full creditability for all warranties. Please visit www.floattech.com to register.
- To return any part of the product to Float-Tech Inc. the following procedure will need to be followed. If you purchased the product through a third party, retailer, or wholesaler, you must contact them for processing a return.
Call Customer Service 1 518-266-0964 ext 373, to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). The RMA# should be written on your shipping paperwork and the packaging so that it can be easily identified when received.
- Once received, the product will be examined. A credit, refund or a new product will be sent out.
- A restocking fee of 5% will be applied.
- Return shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective merchandise.
