Where's our Phone Number? There a few reasons why we don't list it; First, InflatablePFD operates on a part time basis and we can't often get to the phone during the day. So we prefer to receive inquiries by Email. Second, we also DO NOT take credit card numbers over the phone. This helps you keep your credit card information private. When we do take orders by phone, we still email you a link to make the payment through our secure and online merchant provider.
Shipping Compressed CO2 Gas
Compressed CO2 items must be shipped as a Hazardous Materials by the identification as ORM-D or ORM-D-AIR
Consumer Commodity. Additional Shipping Charges May Occur:
- Ground - ORM-D - no additional charge - Shipped Via UPS
- 1 Day, 2-Day, 3-Day, or Air - ORM-D-AIR - these shipments require a $45 surcharge. I do not offer this shipping method on the website. If you need an order to be expedited, please contact us for a quote.
- Compressed CO2 cannot ship by USPS Priority or Express Mail.
- Shipment of Compressed Gases to Alaska: Select USPS Parcel Post Shipping.
- Shipment of Compressed Gases to Hawaii: Select USPS Parcel Post Shipping.
We normally process orders 1-3 days, except for weekends and holidays.
You will also receive an email acknowledgment receipt of your order. All orders are processed over Yahoo's secure server and with FirstData or PayPal Merchant Services. We will not share or sell your information to any other company and your information will be use only for our marketing purposes.
We only ship to USA customers or locations. WE NO LONGER SHIP TO CANADA. MORE OFTEN THAN NOT CUSTOMERS ARE BEING CHARGED BROKERAGE CHARGES THAT ARE EQUIVALENT TO THE COST OF THE ITEM AND SHIPPING.

Taxes are only applied to your order if you live in New York (8.00% Sales Tax).
Although we strive to provide customers with what they want when they need it, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order from our site and we will gladly exchange, replace, or refund any merchandise that doesn't meet your expectations, subject to the following restrictions:
- If a customer is not satisfied with the product within 30 days of purchase, InflatablePFD, LLC. will exchange or refund the value upon receipt of the returned product.
- InflatablePFD, LLC. will not be obligated to accept any returns of products submitted more than 30 days after the date of the retail receipt issued by the merchant (Date of Purchase).
- The product must be in a new & resalable condition.
- All overstock items, decorated (customized) products, i.e., embroidery, silk screen, graphic transfers, etc, are non-returnable or refundable.
- We strongly recommend you register any product with the warranty card if one is included or online to ensure full creditability for all warranties.
- To return any product the following procedure will need to be followed. Call Customer Service 1 518-285-0655 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). The RMA# should be written on your shipping paperwork and the packaging so that it can be easily identified when received. You may also email us for this request.
- Once received, the product will be examined. A credit, refund or a new product will be sent out.
- A restocking fee of 5% may be applied.
- Return shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective merchandise.
Outside of the USA
We currently do not ship CO2 re-arming kits outside of the USA. If you are in need of spares items or service kits please contact us by email or phone to request a quote or place an order. Orders over $500 may require a deposit. Order will ship once balance is paid in full.
